Team Dinners
Dinner Schedule Call List
Welcome to all Wolverine Parents of Football and Cheerleaders.
Team Dinner Tradition Continues
In 2011 we will continue a favored tradition here at South Anchorage High. The tradition is to have Team Dinners for the football & cheerleader teams, coaches and managers. During the regular 2011 season, parents will host meals that follow their practices, right in the school commons area, three Friday’s when all three teams can be together. This fosters team spirit, camaraderie, and getting “jazzed” about the upcoming games. Post-season playoff meals will take place for the Varsity team only.
For this to occur, a committee of parents has developed a plan and will be asking each of you to contribute food to the Team Dinners for your sons and coaches. This year we will be doing something different. We are going to make boxed lunches so the teams can watch game film in the Auditeria. Come and help serve -- it is a great way to meet your son’s teammates and friends! The schedule of meals for the 2011 Wolverine Football Season follows:
